This driver/program sets the maximum cd-rom speed to a specified level in your drive.
This will prevent annoying sound if a cd-rom a in your drive and also speed up
access time if the drive is rarely used since the drive must only
spin up to 8x instead of 48x.
The program creates an icon in the taskbar near the clock were you can select
the maximum speed, eject and load a new cd, spin up and spin down the drive.
On startup the program installs the required device driver and the keys in the
registry. To remove Rimhill you must only delete the 'Rimhill.sys' file
in the '%SystemRoot%\System32\Drivers' directory and delete the registry keys
below 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rimhill'.
